The founders of the MiG Alley Chapter met on July 19th for the purpose of officially signing the charter application and to develop the initial constitution and bylaws for the organization. The proceedings of this  meeting were recorded in the first minutes of the MiG Alley Chapter.

One of the first orders of business was to establish an interim executive council to become the initial cadre of officers to get things established.  The minimum requirement was to identify the four elected individuals for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  These individuals would need to sign their name to the initial charter, constitution and by-laws of the chapter.  An appointed position, Vice President of Communications, was also identified to be part of the initial group.
